Guillaume Bénard has extensive experience in representing individuals, families and corporations. He is the founding partner of Bénard Avocats.
Before establishing his own law firm, he worked for several Swiss judicial authorities, such as the Gruyère District Court, the Fribourg Cantonal Court and the Conciliating Judge.
Guillaume Bénard is a general practitioner, particularly active in family and criminal law. He also specialises in intellectual property law having obtained an LL.M. from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.
